  1. 概 述
1.1 QCJK-ZF-KM自啟動(dòng)控制箱完全兼容于ComAp公司的InteliDrive Marine,并針對在國內的眾多具體情況進(jìn)行多處改進(jìn),因而更可靠、更穩定。
1.2它集測量、顯示、控制和保護等眾多功能為一體,能滿(mǎn)足發(fā)電機組使用者對不同類(lèi)型發(fā)電機組的自動(dòng)控制需求。
1.3 模塊中內含功能強大的微處理器,可實(shí)現一系列復雜功能:
1.3.1基于圖標的LCD液晶屏顯示;
1.3.2測量、顯示、監控發(fā)電機組運行輸出、發(fā)動(dòng)機的轉速、油壓、水溫、電瓶電壓和運行時(shí)間等;
1.3.3利用內置繼電器輸出,對機組的運行狀態(tài)和故障情況進(jìn)行監控、報警;
1.3.4控制面板設置運行參數,選擇各種控制工作模式。

  1. 控制器使用前的準備工作
2.1確認控制器已安裝固定好,其安裝環(huán)境符合要求;
2.2控制器的所有控制線(xiàn)連接方式符合電氣規范,特別需確認發(fā)電機的類(lèi)型以及直流供電電源需加熔絲保險保護,且極性正確;
2.3接通直流電源,確認所設參數與機組的配置情況相符;
3. 控制開(kāi)關(guān)、按鈕的含義和使用
“電源選擇開(kāi)關(guān)”:當開(kāi)關(guān)打向“開(kāi)”時(shí),控制屏處于上電狀態(tài)。
“隨動(dòng)”選擇開(kāi)關(guān):當開(kāi)關(guān)打向“開(kāi)”時(shí),“降速/升速”選擇開(kāi)關(guān)有效。
“降速/升速”選擇開(kāi)關(guān):當“隨動(dòng)”選擇開(kāi)關(guān)打向“開(kāi)”時(shí),選擇開(kāi)關(guān)打向“降速”時(shí),調速板進(jìn)行降速操作;選擇開(kāi)關(guān)打向“升速”時(shí),調速板進(jìn)行升速操作;
“報警消除”按鈕:當控制箱內的調速板發(fā)生故障停機時(shí),按下“報警消除”按鈕,調速板進(jìn)入復位狀態(tài);
“緊急停機”按鈕:供值班人員手動(dòng)控制柴油機緊急停車(chē)使用。利用這個(gè)按鈕,可手動(dòng)控制執行機構切斷燃油油路,對柴油機組實(shí)行強迫停車(chē)。
4. 指示燈含義
1、“主電源”:控制箱電源接入蓄電池時(shí),“主電源”指示燈常亮;
2、“備電源”:控制箱電源接入AC220V時(shí),“備電源”指示燈常亮;
3、“非隨動(dòng)”:當操作面板上“隨動(dòng)”選擇開(kāi)關(guān)打向“開(kāi)”時(shí),指示燈常亮;
4、“排氣擋板關(guān)”:當關(guān)閉排氣擋板時(shí),該指示燈常亮;
5、“排氣擋板開(kāi)”:當打開(kāi)排氣擋板時(shí),該指示燈常亮;
6、“啟動(dòng)連鎖”:當短接控制箱接線(xiàn)端子排X2:B-和652時(shí),控制箱不可啟動(dòng),并且該指示燈常亮;
7、“蜂鳴器”:當任一參數越限報警時(shí),發(fā)出聲光報警信號。

  1. “故障報警”:當任一參數越限報警時(shí),發(fā)出聲光報警信號。
9、“停機”:當任一參數越限報警并且停機時(shí),發(fā)出光報警信號。
5、安裝與外部接線(xiàn)
一)傳感器與執行機構的安裝位置
1、 壓力傳感器緊固于柴油機機油主油路上,壓力傳感器與監控儀之間電纜連接。
2 、油溫傳感器緊固于柴油機機油循環(huán)出口處,連接螺紋處應密封。油溫傳感器與監控儀之間采用電纜連接。
3、水溫傳感器緊固于柴油機循環(huán)水出口處,連接螺紋處應密封。水溫傳感器與監控儀之間采用電纜連接。
4、轉速傳感器緊固于飛輪殼的觀(guān)察蓋上,安裝時(shí)傳感器旋至接觸齒輪,退出半圈,保持齒輪與傳感器垂直,測速磁頭與齒圈的安裝間隙要求為0.5~1.0毫米。轉速傳感器與監控儀之間采用有塑料護套的屏蔽電纜連接。
5、用戶(hù)在安裝完畢后,應在傳感器插頭處采取防護措施,以防止水油的滲入。
(二)柴油機與監控儀的聯(lián)接
    按照隨機裝箱“接線(xiàn)示意圖”將控制箱的附件束線(xiàn)按示意圖一一對應聯(lián)接好。
(三)控制箱與蓄電池聯(lián)接時(shí),注意正負極性,按照裝箱“接線(xiàn)示意圖”聯(lián)接。
(四)控制箱與柴油機的啟動(dòng)
       當使用外部電源向蓄電池充電時(shí),必須先將控制箱的電源開(kāi)關(guān)置于“關(guān)”的位置;當切換結束,蓄電池正常充電時(shí),再打開(kāi)控制箱的電源開(kāi)關(guān)。
       啟動(dòng)柴油機前,應先打開(kāi)控制箱的電源開(kāi)關(guān),待若干秒后,控制箱進(jìn)入正常工作狀態(tài)時(shí),再啟動(dòng)柴油機。
   提供給控制箱作為工作電源的蓄電池充電供電,電壓應在18V~32V之間。
   對于電啟動(dòng)的柴油機,由于啟動(dòng)電流很大,若蓄電池容量不足,啟動(dòng)時(shí)蓄電池電壓將大幅度下降,從而引起控制箱因電壓低而工作失常。此時(shí)的建議為控制箱單獨配用一組蓄電池或將蓄電池充電更新。
六、保修期
本產(chǎn)品的保修期同柴油機機組,凡屬產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問(wèn)題由本公司負責無(wú)償修理,人為造成的故障不在保修范圍內
產(chǎn)品保修期自出廠(chǎng)之日起一年內,凡屬產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問(wèn)題由本廠(chǎng)負責無(wú)償修理。

1.3.2 Measuring, displaying and monitoring the output of generator set, engine speed, oil pressure, water temperature, battery voltage and operation time, etc.
1.3.3 uses built-in relay output to monitor and alarm the running state and fault condition of the unit.
1.3.4 control panel sets the operation parameters and selects various control modes.
2. preparation before use of controller.
2.1 confirm that the controller has been installed and fixed, and its installation environment meets the requirements.
2.2 The connection mode of all control wires of the controller conforms to the electrical specifications. It is especially necessary to confirm the type of generator and DC power supply with fuse fuse protection and correct polarity.
2.3 connect the DC power supply, confirm that the parameters are consistent with the configuration of the unit.
3. the meaning and use of control switch and button.
"Power selection switch": when the switch is "open", the control panel is in power up state.
Follow up switch: when the switch is "open", the "speed down / speed up" selector switch is effective.
"Speed-down/Speed-up" Selection Switch: When the "follow" Selection Switch is switched to "on", the speed-regulating board will slow down when the switch is switched to "speed-down", and when the switch is switched to "speed-up", the speed-regulating board will speed-up.
"Alarm Elimination" button: When the governor board in the control box fails to stop, press the "Alarm Elimination" button, and the governor board enters the reset state;
"Emergency stop" button: for duty personnel to manually control emergency shutdown of diesel engines. By using this button, the actuator can be manually controlled to cut off the fuel line, and the diesel engine group can be forced to stop.
4. Indicator light
1. "Main power supply": when the control box power is connected to the storage battery, the "main power" indicator light is always on.
2, "standby power supply": when the control box power is connected to AC220V, the "standby power" indicator light is always on.
3. "Non-servo": When the "servo" switch on the operation panel is turned on, the indicator lights are always on.
4, "exhaust baffle": when the exhaust baffle is closed, the indicator light will always shine.
5, "exhaust baffle opens": when the exhaust baffle is opened, the indicator light is always bright.
6. "Start Interlock": When the terminals of the short connection control box are arranged X2:B-and 652, the control box can not start and the indicator light is always on.
7, "buzzer": when any parameter exceeds the limit alarm, the acousto-optic alarm signal is issued.
8, "fault alarm": when any parameter is limited to alarm, the acousto-optic alarm signal is issued.
9, "shutdown": when any parameter is limited to alarm and stop, light alarm signal is issued.
5. Installation and external wiring
(1) the installation position of sensors and actuators.
1. The pressure sensor is fastened to the main oil road of diesel engine oil, and the cable is connected between the pressure sensor and the monitor.
2. The oil temperature sensor is fastened to the outlet of the diesel engine oil circulation, and the connection thread should be sealed. The oil temperature sensor and monitor are connected by cables.
3. The water temperature sensor is fastened to the outlet of the circulating water of the diesel engine, and the connection thread should be sealed. The water temperature sensor and the monitor are connected by cables.
4. The speed sensor is fastened to the observation cover of the flywheel housing. When installed, the sensor rotates to the contact gear and withdraws from the half ring to keep the gear perpendicular to the sensor. The installation gap between the speed measuring head and the gear ring is 0.5-1.0 mm. The speed sensor and the monitor are connected by a shielded cable with plastic sheathes.
5. After installation, users should take protective measures at the sensor plug to prevent water and oil infiltration.
(2) connection between diesel engine and monitor.
According to the "wiring schematic diagram" of random packing, the attachment bundles of the control box are connected one by one according to the schematic diagram.
(3) When connecting the control box to the storage battery, it is necessary to pay attention to the positive and negative polarity and connect the control box according to the "wiring schematic diagram" of random packing.
(4) start of control box and diesel engine.
When using external power supply to charge the battery, the power switch of the control box must be placed in the "off" position first; when the switch is over and the  battery is normally charged, the power switch of the control box should be opened again.
Before starting the diesel engine, the power switch of the control box should be turned on. After several seconds, the control box will start the diesel engine when it enters the normal working state.
The battery is supplied to the control box as the working power supply, and the voltage should be between 18V and 32V.
For electric-start diesel engine, if the battery capacity is insufficient, the battery voltage will drop dramatically during start-up due to the large start-up current, which will cause the control box to work abnormally because of the low voltage. At this time, it is suggested that a battery of batteries be separately used for the control box or the battery will be charged and renewed.
6. warranty period
The warranty period of this product is the same as that of diesel engine units. The company is responsible for repairing the product quality problems free of charge. The man-made faults are not covered by the warranty.
The warranty period of the product is within one year from the date of the factory, and the quality problem of the product is repaired by our factory without compensation.
